Liverpool FC sign Xherdan Shaqiri on five year contract

Shaqiri, who has been away on World Cup duty with Switzerland in Russian Federation, was never likely to feature in relegated Stoke's 2018/19 Sky Bet Championship campaign and that proved to be true after Liverpool triggered his £13.5 million release clause.

The 26-year-old has signed a five year contract after joining for 13 million pounds.
