Opener Rohit Sharma smashed 162 as India took a 2-1 lead in their one-day global series against the West Indies with a crushing 224-run victory in Mumbai. With this victory, team India also took the revenge from Windies in the match played in Pune, there Windies beat India by 43 runs.

India were in a spot of bother when Ambati Rayudu joined Rohit Sharma in the centre and together the duo, smashed the Windies bowlers and tossed away many records by the wayside.

Hemraj (14) drove pacer Bhuvneshwar Kumar tamely to Rayudu at cover in the fifth over with 20 runs on the board and disaster followed when leading run-scorer Shai Hope (0) and opener Kieran Powell (4) were both run out in the space of five deliveries with no runs added. The Indian vice-captain, who's just one behind Kohli in terms of ODI hundreds hit this year, smacked 20 boundaries and four enormous sixes in his knock. Khaleel's brilliant outswinger got the edge of Marlon Samuels' bat with Rohit Sharma taking a neat catch in the slips.
