Pregnant Meghan Markle makes unannounced appearance at college in London

The mother-to-be stopped by Kings College London to meet with university leaders, academics and worldwide scholarship students to "explore how higher education can help build a better world", the Association of Commonwealth University reads .

During the event, which was sponsored by the Association of Commonwealth University (ACU), Markle engaged with professors, scholarship students and leaders in conversations surrounding a number of things Markle is passionate about, like gender equality, ending modern slavery, solutions to human trafficking, peace and reconciliation and climate change.

The royal mom-to-be wore a dark outfit for the occasion, while styling her dark tresses down. She reportedly jotted down notes on a pad during the discussion. The Duchess has previously highlighted the importance of education.
