After a whirlwind week of handsome Christian and Hindu wedding ceremonies in India, the actress has finally taken to Instagram to change her name in honour of her union to Nick Jonas.

Once the weekend came around, the newlyweds and their closest family and friends gathered at Jodhpur's Umaid Bhawan Palace for their back-to-back Christian and Hindu ceremonies. Priyanka Chopra is now Priyanka Chopra Jonas on Instagram. "Very disappointed that The Cut would give anyone a platform to spew such bullshit".

The fact that her account name now reads Priyanka Chopra Jonas, suggests that she kept her name as well as added her husband's.

In the photo, Nick can be seen standing cautiously near Priyanka's long veil.

The Cut updated the article before taking it down, seemingly to tone down the language.

Priyanka and Nick confirmed their engagement in August this year after a private Roka ceremony that took place at her Mumbai residence, which was followed by a grand party. However, this change has only been on Instagram, as her Twitter and Facebook page have not been changed.
