Wells Fargo customers are having a hard time accessing their account information Thursday morning.
The outage comes only days after the bank experienced a similar system breakdown on February 1.

Starting around 6am Pacific Time (2pm UTC), the American bank's online portal and its mobile application have been totally unusable.
Customers trying to reach the Wells Fargo website are instead met with a message which reads, "We're experiencing some technical difficulties".
More details to come.
