Ariana Grande is calling out Grammys producer Ken Ehrlich for "lying" about her when it comes to why she's not performing at this year's ceremony.

Earlier this week, Grande cancelled her scheduled performance at the Grammys this weekend, reportedly because producers' didn't want her to perform '7 rings'. In the interview, Ehrlich explained Grande's absence from the program by saying "she felt it was too late for her to pull something together for sure".

The new Ariana Grande album, thank u, next, has officially arrived.

Grande is nominated for Best Pop Solo Performance for her single "God Is a Woman" and Best Pop Vocal Album for "Sweetener". Right off the bat, Ariana sings, "I know you hear me when I cry, I try to hold it in at night, while your sleeping next to me". A week after Grande and Davidson split, she released the healing break-up bop "thank u, next", which mentions Davidson by name.

It seems like people can't get enough of Ariana Grande. They apparently eventually agreed to the song choice, but requested it be part of a medley where they could choose the second song.

The "thank u, next" singer was scheduled to take the stage at Staples Center in Los Angeles on Sunday night but dropped out of the award show all together over a reported clash with producers over artistic control. "Feeling badly because he can tell he can't compare...and how I should be ghosting him".

CNN has reached out to the Recording Academy for comment.

Even though she may not be on the best terms with Ehrlich right now, she still expressed gratitude for her nominations.
