Five people were found dead from gunshot wounds in a Texas ranch on Monday morning.

Emergency responders received a call for help around 10:30 a.m.

Lyons identified the victims as 27-year-old Ashley Delaney, her 54-year-old husband Randy Horn, their 15-month-old child and Delaney's in-laws, 74-year-old Carlos Delaney and 72-year-old Linda Delaney.

Sheriff's Capt. Rickie Childers clarified Tuesday that the woman was found in the bedroom but was not involved in contacting police.

When law enforcement arrived at the scene they found that several people had been shot. "She is not a suspect at this time". Her son then called police to the scene. "A frightful, horrific crime", said Polk County Sheriff's Office Chief Deputy Byron Lyons told KTRK.

Lyons says a firearm was recovered from the house about 75 miles northeast of Houston and that no suspects were being sought.
