The Aston Martin Valkyrie, a street-legal race auto borne of a partnership between AMR and Red Bull Advanced Technologies, is driven by a hybridized platform co-engineered by Rimac and Integral Powertrain Ltd.
The peak power figure comes in at 10,500rpm, while the 546lb ft peak torque figure arrives at 6000rpm. It's a 6.5-liter V12 Cosworth unit which we've already heard in action. Aston Martin worked with Red Bull Advanced Technologies on the vehicle.
The electrical system delivers an additional 160hp, with a further 206lbft of torque available. It noted that its partnership produced the powertrain as it is. Evoking the spine-tingling, ultra-high-revving F1TM engines of the 1990s, but benefitting from two decades of progress in design, material and manufacturing expertise, it sets exceptional new standards for maximum rpm and weight.
In addition to the internal-combustion engine, a 160-horsepower hybrid system developed by Rimac will boost the power even more. The electric power system and the engine don't operate separately, though, they augment each other and work together for maximum efficiency and maximum performance.

Thomas had four early points, and back-to-back 3-pointers by Trapp and Hunter Tyson gave the Tigers the early 12-8 lead. ACCOUNTING FOR ASSISTS: The Tigers have recently created baskets via assists more often than the Tar Heels.
A few things to remember: The V12 engine and gearbox casing act as a stressed member of the vehicle structure, providing stiffness.
Now Aston Martin has unveiled full performance figures for the car's hybrid powertrain. Red Bull Advanced Technologies, Cosworth, Rimac and Integral Powertrain Ltd. have been fantastic partners in the development of this powertrain, ensuring that we have already created a hybrid system that is emissions-compliant and ready to begin fitting to our first physical prototypes.
Vice President & Special Vehicle Operations Officer, David King seemed confident the new auto would not disappoint. Needless to say, that's a world record redline for a road auto.
Deliveries of the Valkyrie will start next year and prototype builds are now underway.
