George Foreman Tweets About Life After His Daughter's Passing

Now George Foreman's daughter has been found dead in her Texas home at age 42, with inside sources telling TMZ they don't suspect foul play. However, as KTRK reports, the cause of her death are unclear at this time.

Freeda is one of George's five daughters.

Freeda Foreman, who grew up in SC, followed her father's footsteps into professional boxing in 2000 with much fanfare at a time when the daughters of his famous rivals, Muhammad Ali and Joe Frazier, were also boxing professionally.

Freeda Foreman, the 42-year-old daughter of former professional boxer George Foreman, was sadly found dead in her home in Houston, TX on March 10.

Members of the boxing community offered their condolences.

In a late-night Twitter post, Foreman shared an old graduation picture of Freeda, explaining how he told his daughter, who was also a boxer, to get an education before pursuing a sports career.

Freeda is survived by her husband, their two children, three grandchildren, as well as her parents and siblings. Her mother is Andrea Skeete. "Just 1 more day I wanted okay 1 more year [1] more decade".

The Texas native, who was in the middleweight division, compiled a 5-1 record before she retired from the ring in 2001, the Houston Chronicle reported. All the boys are named George, and Freeda's middle name was after her father as well.

She appeared in a couple documentaries about her dad, and had a guest role on a 2003 episode of "King of the Hill".
