Knicks owner James Dolan expresses bold confidence ahead of free agency

Dolan, during a radio appearance Tuesday on ESPN Radio, expressed a very high level of confidence that NY will be successful in National Basketball Association free agency this summer.

Dolan added, "I am not selling the team", shutting down reports he is looking into possible deals. There are some who believe that the reason behind this slump is primarily due to the presence of team owner James Dolan.

"The ban is only coming from the fact that we now have learned that he planned it", Dolan said. Dolan also accused Simmons of trying to "destabilize" the Knicks.

Later on Tuesday, Simmons fired back, saying sarcastically on Twitter, "Clearly - the biggest lure for future free agents is the perennially stable Knicks franchise, all those playoff wins and the leadership of owner James Dolan".
